How soon should I book?

Parties are first come, first served. The sooner you book, the more likely you'll get the date and time you want.

What is your service area?

We service a 30-mile radius from Oak Lawn, IL (60453). Beyond 30 miles, a travel surcharge applies. See the Service Area page.

Question 3

How many guests can you accommodate?

12+ comfortably seated inside, up to 20 playing at once with our two outdoor stations. Birthdays are best for ≤12 guests; +$100 surcharge above that.

How do I book a party?

Use Book Now from the menu. Choose your party type, date, and time. We verify availability and email confirmation. $175 deposit by card; balance due day-of (cash, bank check, or money order — no personal checks).

What does my video game party include?

A trained Game Coach who runs the party plus use of our full video game library and gaming consoles. Lengths: 1 hr, 90 min, or 2 hr depending on day. Add time during booking.

Do you have age-appropriate games?

We carry everything from Minecraft and Mario to shooters. Before each party we confirm restrictions with parents. Guests are welcome to bring their own games.

What does my Gellyball party include?

Trained Game Coach, blasters, safety masks, bunkers (delivered parties only), and Gellyballs. 90-min and 2-hr options.

Can I add more time?

Yes — if the schedule permits, additional hours are $175 each. Plan ahead by adding extra time during booking.

Cancellations & rescheduling?

Accepted Answer

A $125 cancellation fee applies 2+ weeks out. Inside 2 weeks the full price is charged. We try to reschedule with no penalty whenever possible.

Question 10

Can I host at a park?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we're self-powered and mobile. You're responsible for any local permits and securing parking. We need ~60 feet of space.

Question 11

How big is the truck?

Accepted Answer

32 ft long, 10 ft high, 8.5 ft wide, towed by a full-size pickup. We typically occupy a driveway plus the spot in front of or behind it.
