POLICIES
Clear terms so everyone has the best party possible.
Deposit / Payment
After we approve your request you'll get a confirmation email. A $175 deposit is due immediately via credit/debit card. Balance is due the day of your party — cash (exact amount), bank check, or money order to 'Rolling Video Games of Chicagoland.' No personal checks.
Travel Surcharge
We cover a 30-mile radius from 60453 (Oak Lawn). Parties beyond that fall into our secondary service area with a distance-based surcharge. See Service Area.
Chicago Amusement Tax
Parties inside Chicago city limits (606 area code) are subject to the 9% Chicago Amusement Tax, added to your total. We currently do not serve Chicago proper.
Privacy Policy
We use your info only to process bookings and improve your experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.
Damage / Injury
We're not responsible for damage to property resulting from a requested setup location (above- or below-ground). The client is liable for damage to our trailer or equipment caused by careless or willful actions of guests. Liability for injuries on client property is the client's responsibility.
Refund / Cancellation
Cancellations 14+ days from the event incur a $175 fee. Within 14 days, no refund is offered, but we'll do everything we can to reschedule with no penalty.
Food / Drink
No food or drink inside the video game theater. Please have guests finish snacks before entering.
Alcohol / Drugs
Alcohol is allowed at adult events. Drugs of any kind are not tolerated and will end the party immediately. We may also end the party if alcohol use is excessive or unsafe.
Tips
Tipping your Game Coach is appreciated but never required.
Parking & Driveway Access
We need a safe, paved, level area ~60 ft long. We do not travel on unpaved single-lane access roads or driveways for staff & equipment safety.
Booking any party constitutes agreement with these policies.
